The Save option is enabled when there have been changes to the diagram, which is also indicated on the editor tab with an asterisk '*', which you can see in the image on the previous page Adding Text. You can also use the File > Save menu option, or the keyboard shortcut CTRL+S (Mac: ⌘+S).
So, once the Save option is invoked, a standard OS dialog will appear, prompting you to type in a name for your diagram and to selected a location to save it in.

If you want to move a file to a new folder the just drag it to where you want! You can do this from either the left-hand list of the right-hand gallery or even from one to the other.
Avoiding File Management Issues:
To prevent encountering issues where the editor cannot locate a file after it has been moved or renamed, it is recommended to close files in the Edit view when not actively working on them, especially during file reorganization. This helps avoid confusion where the editor may not recognize the new location of a file, triggering error messages. If you do encounter such a message, you can click "No" to close the editor if you are confident the file was moved intentionally, or "Yes" to keep the editor open and locate the file in the Diagram Gallery. Always ensure files are saved and closed properly to maintain organization and avoid accidental data loss.
