How to Check Your License Version

Need to verify your current Neck Diagrams license type? There's a few ways you can do this!

Don't Have Neck Diagrams Currently Installed?

There's 3 options:

1. Find your purchase confirmation email
   • search for 'Fastspring.com' for purchases made from 2016
   • search for 'Kagi.com' for purchases made before 2016
2. Use the license lookup form
   • this will email your license code(s) to you:
   • https://neckdiagrams.com/help/find-my-license-code/
     • if you've changed your email address since you purchased then follow step 3!
3. Ask us for help!
   • https://support.neckdiagrams.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new

Got ND installed already? Check in the application like this...

From v2.4.0 you'll find the license type shown in the application window title bar:

All versions also display the license type on the About Neck Diagrams window.

It's show either:

• This is an unregistered Trial version, or

• Standard / Pro / Publisher license registered to john@email.com

Here's how to find that:

On Mac:

1. Launch Neck Diagrams

2. Access the Menu Bar

   • Click on the "Neck Diagrams" menu at the top-left corner of your screen.

3. Navigate to the License Information

• • Select "About Neck Diagrams" from the dropdown menu to view details about your current license version.

On Windows:

1. Open Neck Diagrams

2. Access the Help Menu

   • Look for the "Help" option in the top menu bar of the Neck Diagrams window.

3. Navigate to the License Information

   • Click on "About Neck Diagrams" to open a window displaying your current license type and related details.
